Job Title: HR Analytics Senior Analyst
Location : Bangalore
Experiences 5+ years
CTC 50k/Month
Must Have
Expertise in Advance Excel, Macro, VBA, SharePoint, Core Java, Access and with Data Analysis and Visualization of Power BI Dashboards
Experience with data integration of Power BI with Oracle DB, SQL Server, any Open Source database and Excel
Requirement gathering, design, analysis, development of reports using Advanced excel
Scope to automate manual activities
Strong PowerPoint skills, SharePoint site creation/maintenance knowledge
Advanced English communication skills (written and oral), Strong attention to detail
Ability to work cross-culturally and work effectively with cross-functional teams
Flexibility to work non-standard hours as required
Nice-to-Have Skills/Qualifications:
Human Resources reporting experience
Tableau / PowerBI / QlikView & Qlik Sense tools knowledge
Understanding of HR business
