Job Description
Job Purpose and Impact
The Video Producer Senior Specialistwill be responsible for effectively communicating with critical audiences visually to meet corporate and business goals. In this role, you will drive end to end video production, crafting compelling stories in this meaningful medium. You will also be responsible for relationship management, creative consultation and brief development, storyboarding and vendor management.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop creative video ideas and write high quality scripts for various video projects from brief, conception and delivery.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop standards for video production, maintain high standards of creativeness within our video or animation offerings and champion best practices and innovative thinking to provide exceptional results for our clients.
- Manage all projects to deliver on time, within budget and expectations while maintaining good client relationships.
- Stay current with new technical and creative developments in the corporate film production sector with awareness of social trends and competition.
- Help coordinate logistics for photo and video shoots, including location, set up and technical considerations.
- Responsible for end to end video production from video capture to editing to other post production work and delivery.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Solid project management skills including developing, executing and tracking video projects
- Strong knowledge of various video production and editing tools
- Experience translating brand guidelines into relevant video templates
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects and any other relevant exiting suites for sound editing, etc.
- Having lead or mentored a team
- Online portfolio
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualification
- Create and transform storyboards and concepts into high quality assets that educate, inspire and accurately depict and promote the brand.
- Collaborate with business partners to gather project information, provide creative insights, present work and obtain feedback.
- Develop and maintain a creative video production framework to enable staff to effectively develop and produce creative work.
