Posting Description/Summary:

Act as a Subject Matter Expert for synchronizations / interfaces /migrations between globally used Engineering Tools focusing on IBM CLM as Toolchain and provide Automation Solutions to Business

Deliver frameworks for Requirement Management Modules Doors classis and DNG and develop enhanced modules for data planning and reporting.

Be a functional interface for coding aspects in the DevOps Tools Platform to Business and provide solutions. Collaborate strongly with Product Development teams and be their GET contact for DevOps

Work on multiple projects/tools part of GET portfolios IBM CLM, DevOps Tools and Interfaces, covering a wide range of activities from support to technical leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop work packages and tasks for a Global IBM CLM- and DevOps Toolchain.

Specify data schemes and replication frameworks and plugins between IBM CLM and other tools

Contribute to the development of custom CLM solutions and integrate them with existing tools to increase engineering productivity.

Work closely with management, other team leads, development teams and business stakeholders to provide cohesive solutions.

Cover training needs for the portfolios. (Integrations, automations, DevOps)

Gain enough business knowledge to be able to specify solutions for business needs.

Support the Change Control Board procedures.

Build and promote a positive working environment for the team and the other business areas you will engage with.

Preferred Qualifications Desired Competencies/skills:

• Team Player with structured and logical thinking
• 7+ years of Application Lifecycle Management with IBM Rational Suite. Hands-on experience configuring, implementing and establishing solutions in tools for Test Mgmt., Requirements Mgmt., Incident Mgmt., Continuous Integration and Software Configuration Management
• 3+ years experience in establishing IBM solutions for Test Mgmt. Requirements Mgmt.
• 5+ years experience in DevOps or SWDLC
• 5+ years experience in PlugIn development
• Ability to understand business processes and to translate into IT procedures
• Ability to write clear concise specifications, documentation methodologies
• Willingness to travel (2-3 times a year for some days)
• Very customer oriented mindset
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into everyday activity and guide the others
• Proven ability of tackling challenging projects
• Demonstrates a proactive approach, getting things done, takes responsibility and ownership, prioritises own workload
• Experience using standard Project Management, SCRUM and Agile methodologies
• Able to work under pressure, flexible and focused during times of change
