Experience : 4-6 Years in Performance engineering in an airline.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure Aircraft take-off and landing Performance data for aircraft type are up to date satisfying regulatory and Company requirements, including new destinations and alternates.
- Constant monitoring and updating airport database for Boeing OPT and Bombardier SCAP.
- Monitoring payload restriction and advice appropriate payload capping to the network planning department.
- Plan and coordinate the Departments activities in providing aircraft performance data required by pilots, flight dispatchers and commercial departments.
- Conduct study on new airports and routes for operations feasibility and payload capability.
- Evaluate, calculate, and publish aircraft performance data such as Engine out escape procedures, drift down procedures and decompression procedures.
- Maintain liaison and coordination with offices within and outside the department to ensure thorough establishment of procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor of Engineering in Aeronautical/Aerospace or Mechanical or equivalent.
- Min 4 years experience in Performance Engineering in an airline.
- Strong Analytical, Interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
