Job Description

Greetings,

Sodexo is looking for HVAC Incharge / Manager with minimum 6 years to maximum 15 years of experience in HVAC Operation and Maintenance.

REQUIREMENT :

HVAC Incharge / Manager

(Min. 6 years - Max. 15 Yrs Experience HVAC Operation & Maintenance)

PERKS & BENEFITS :

Gross Salary of Rs 30,000 to 50000

QUALIFICATION :

B.E/ B.Tech/Diploma in RAC to Mechanical with 6 to 15 years' experience HVAC Operation & maintenance, Utility Maintenance, Floor and Building maintenance field.

Roles and Responsibilities

HVAC IN charge roles & Responsibility

In charge for the total functioning of the site and ensuring deliverables as per the scope of work
Coordination and interaction with ATL, vendor & outside agencies whenever are required
Providing solutions for any major critical technical problems
Ensuring the proper implementation of the different systems and assuring equipment availability.
To ensure implementation of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) practices of ATL and vendor.
Responsible for maintaining discipline and work culture at site.
Arranging for training of the technicians whenever required.
Arranging for replacement / additional man power as required.
Maintaining a harmonious working environment and motivating / maintaining the complete team
Smooth and efficient operation of various equipment
Generating PM schedules for all equipment & Execution of work orders as per the schedule
Generating monthly report & Shutdown Planning & Registering of Shutdown Jobs
According to the duration of shutdown plan for Job, man, material requirement and time requirement
To raise indents for necessary spares with proper technical specifications
Receive Work Order from Site Coordinator
To execute the PM work accordingly
To fill-up implementation sheet (including timing)
To rise indents for necessary spares with proper technical specifications and get it from EMS.
To execute the Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation jobs
To follow the DWM activities and requirements
To upkeep the Operation & Maintenance of Utility log books
To give feedback and interact with Site Coordinator to make PM reports
To check equipment housekeeping after the work is over
To ensure that all technicians are following jobs with proper communication and plan
To ensure that all the technicians are carrying their tools, wearing shoes (Safety precautions)
Co Ordination with Plant housekeeping team for area Housekeeping
To get the previous shift follow up ups and execution as per that.
Ensure that all area equipments clean and dry(leak free).

a) Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance

b) Chillers & AHU's Maintenance

c) Cooling Towers Maintenance

d) Dutable & Package unit Maintenance

e) Split AC
