Engineering Manager - Big Data & AI @ Concentrix

Ideal candidate will possess

• 10+ years of application software development experience, at least 2 years in a Sr. Engineering Management role

• Full lifecycle experience with create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture,

• assemble large, complex data sets that meets function / non-functional business requirements

• Experience with Data Engineering role, successful history of manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large disconnected datasets

• Advanced working SQL knowledge and working familiarity with a variety of popular relational SQL and NoSQL databases

• Experience with Design and build near-realtime Data warehouse using hudi, Iceberg, spark 3 , flink , clickhouse , etc.

• Experience Hadoop ecosystem tools relevant for real-time and batch data ingestion, processing and provisioning using tools such as Nifi, Kettle, ELK stack, hive, spark, flink, Azkaban, airflow, clickhouse, vertica

• Experience with operation and maintenance work for algorithm model, model construction and data cleaning.

• Experience coding and code control ability, solid data structure and algorithm skills, familiar with Java / Python / Scala, familiar with SQL;

• Experience in Research and implement the advanced algorithm of artificial intelligence.
