This is a non-supervisory individual contributor position with operational responsibilities for the analytic data stewardship of key Customer Insights technology platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, Alteryx, Validity, Tableau). Key responsibilities include the scheduling of analytics workflows data cleansing scenarios as well as user rights/role/access maintenance.
The position has a significant overall impact in the functional operations maintenance to support a diverse USP user-base. The position required strong technical and communication interaction with the USP Customer Insights stakeholders (IT, SCD, Marketing Technical Service, Donations, Verifications Custom Service).
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage all Customer Insights analytic platforms (Salesforce, Alteryx, Tableau, Validity) data analytic scheduling requests and escalate resolution to technical challenges and business support issues.
Perform system audits and data clean-up to keep the Salesforce org Tableau reporting running efficiently using Alteryx Validity s DemandTools suite.
Partner with SCD, Marketing CS teams to promote best practices and improve processes.
Serve as system data expert by ensuring data integrity, quality, mapping, and analysis efforts to maximize the organizations ability to make appropriate business decisions
Create data driven reports, workflows, scenarios and dashboards for key stakeholders.
Define metadata and source data libraries from business perspective.
Configuration of new and existing analytic platform features including user management, roles/profiles, Permission Sets, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, Process Builder, Lightning Pages, Managed Packages.
Manage new analytic user set-ups and deactivation, including transferring ownership of accounts/contacts/opportunities for deactivated users across multiple platform divisions.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor s degree required. Four years of experience in data stewardship role will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Salesforce Advanced User experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
Pharma data familiarity (products, manufacturers, distributors, supply chain).
Pardot Certifications preferred.
Alteryx certifications preferred.
Validity DemandTools experience preferred.
