We Are Looking For Highly Motivated, Goal Oriented Individuals For Our Sales Team!

Business Development Sales Executive Will Be Required To Communicate And Explain The Ongoing Project To The Leads, Attend Walk-Ins & Work

Towards Converting Inquiries Into Bookings.


Roles And Responsibilities


Candidate Should Comfortable With Property Selling (40% Office Work And 60% Field Work)- Generating Leads Via Innovative Marketing Strategies & Following Up With Existing Leads.

- Growing Our Channel Partner Network And Increasing Engagement With Existing Network.

- Responsible For Cold Calling And Site Visit Executions, Negotiations, and Converting The Prospective Leads Into Bookings i.e. Deal Closing.

- Aiming To Achieve Targets Of Sales.

- Maximizing Sales Conversion Ratios

- Achieving High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction Through Excellent Sales Service

- Reporting On A Daily/Weekly Basis.
