Job Description:
- Position Offered- Assistant Manager/ Manager - Technical Services
- Experience - 13+ years.
- Qualification- B. Tech / BE in Civil
- Place of Posting- Vadodara/Surat, Udaipur, Mumbai, Delhi
- Responsibility-
- Give assistance in making good Concrete at Contractors laboratory.
- Make good relationship with QC team of contractors.
- Should be bridge between our QC team and Clients QC team.
- Prospecting of upcoming projects.
- Training on Cement & Concrete to QC team of Client.
- Provide Company profile, Product information to Client / Contractor.
- Give product presentation to approval authority for Brand approval purpose.
- Business planning, forecasting & analysis for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities.
- Liaising & coordinating with various authorities for securing approvals / clearance and ensuring seamless business operations.
- Analysing & reviewing the market response / requirements and communicating the same to the sales teams for accomplishment of the business goals.
- Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organisations and establishing tie-ups for business development.
- Overseeing the sales & marketing operations, thereby achieving increased business growth.
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & achieving market share metrics.
- Coordinating & organising promotion, launching & branding activities to create market brand visibility.
- Networking with financially strong & reliable dealers / channel partners for deeper market penetration & improved market share.
- KRAs-
- Responsible for forecasting the market demand and preparing a territorial sales plan.
- Taking initiatives for meeting the targets related to sales volume, collection and realisation as per the pre-defined plan while keeping costs under control.
- Executing the brand awareness & sales promotion programs at retailer and end-consumer level.
- Streamlining the systems and managing the depot operations.
- Managing, servicing and developing the channel network.
- Accountable for debtors management along with territory management.
- Monitoring the competition and timely submitting the intelligence reports .
- Handling activities related to credit control and collection.
- Coordinating the promotional activities like Architect / Engineers Meets, Builders Meets, Contractors Meets, Painters Meets, Counter Meets, Awareness Camps and participating in the Trade Exhibitions.
- Preparing a common promotions calendar and implementing / reviewing the promotion plans.
- Creating opportunities for display of entire product portfolio.
- Monitoring the performance and analysing the same.
- Tracking the sales and percentage share of purchase by key accounts, brand, etc.
- Observing the profitability of key customer accounts & tracking competitor activity related to key accounts.
- Spearheading institutional and industrial sales & conducting promotional activities across the assigned territory .
