Responsible for forecasting the market demand and preparing a territorial sales plan.
Taking initiatives for meeting the targets related to sales volume, collection and realisation as per the pre-defined plan while keeping costs under control.
Executing the brand awareness & sales promotion programs at retailer and end-consumer level.
Streamlining the systems and managing the depot operations.
Managing, servicing and developing the channel network.
Accountable for debtors management along with territory management.
Monitoring the competition and timely submitting the intelligence reports .
Handling activities related to credit control and collection.
Coordinating the promotional activities like Architect / Engineers Meets, Builders Meets, Contractors Meets, Painters Meets, Counter Meets, Awareness Camps and participating in the Trade Exhibitions.
Preparing a common promotions calendar and implementing / reviewing the promotion plans.
Creating opportunities for display of entire product portfolio.
Monitoring the performance and analysing the same.
Tracking the sales and percentage share of purchase by key accounts, brand, etc.
Observing the profitability of key customer accounts & tracking competitor activity related to key accounts.
Spearheading institutional and industrial sales & conducting promotional activities across the assigned territory .
