Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• To promptly answer all enquiry calls and share appropriate, accurate information about the services available.
• Send collateral about the specific product / sub product to prospective customers.
• Fix referral appointments for the prospective patient with the concerned consultant and advise consultant of referral details.
• Follow up with the confirmed appointment, ensuring smooth consultation process.
• Co-ordinate tests and investigations, ensuring timely investigations reports delivery.
• Discuss costs of renal transplant
• Deposit details and payment terms are clarified
• Counsel on dos and dons
• Preparing documents for renal transplantation
• Communication with Embassy in case of foreign nationals
• Handle customer grievances and ensure prompt recovery
• Manage the feedback systematically
• Follow up with the customers who have not come back
• Counseling of the dialysis patient to convert to as many renal transplant as possible
• Raising any issues/customer complaints to the customer relations manager and discussing the same with doctors and management for constant improvement in work flow.

Towards the organization

• Capture data of all prospective, forwarded to the Marketing department
• Converting the prospective into our customers by convincing communication
