We are glad to inform you that Tech M is hiring for Trainer for our Leading process in Noida.

Walk-in timings are 11:00AM to 4:00PM.

Position: Process Trainer

Eligibility:
Any Graduate
2 to 3 years of overall experience with 1 year as a Process Trainer
Ecommerce background will be added advantage
Excellent verbal & written communications skills in English
Must Speak fluent English without Grammatical Error and MTI
Strong understanding of and experience in product training in domestic BPO domain
Should have collaborative skills as this role calls for partnership with operations and the quality teams
Strong people orientation
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
Ability to interact with clients and represent training function at an process level
Should be able to establish relationship with operations team and clients to receive feedback on Training and delivery
Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point

Work location Noida

Mandatory:

Should be open to working in shifts

6 days working/ 24*7 shifts

Overall experience of 3 years and experience of 1+ years in Product / Process Training in a Domestic BPO is a mandate.

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
