Job description

Ensure Operations are run effectively and efficiently to meet the Service Level Agreements and Targets. Will be responsible for Client interaction, Process Profitability, and ownership of an entire process, Training and development of staff.

Applicants Specifications

• Should be flexible to work in 24x7 shifts and 6 Day working
• Learn the process and be the product and domain expert.
• Knowledge of operational process, logical thinking, reporting and analysis, Kaizen, Sig Sigma, QC tools
• Ability to handle pressure
• Ability to follow instructions and client requirements within TAT and with accuracy
• Open to change, Multi-tasking skills
• Shows flexibility/ownership & works under pressure situation
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Ability to work within challenging environment with tight delivery timelines
• Should have BPO industry experience
