Job Description


Key roles and responsibilities:
  • Assisting large multinationals clients, private equity houses to other corporates and promoter driven businesses
  • Provide insight into the target to assess real-world capabilities, performance, concerns and potential
  • Performing analysis on data provided and arriving at conclusions / identifying issues
  • Developing quality deliverables within agreed timelines
  • Assisting with preparing client proposals and research

Qualifications:
  • Mandatory
    • MBA in HR or general management, preferably tier I institute
    • 3-5 years of post-qualification work experience
    • Experience of working in compensation & benefits related advisory engagements
    • Good understanding of labour laws, HR policies and processes, job evaluation
    • Proficient in MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Preferred
    • Have been part of M&A advisory or have worked on M&A engagement
    • Mix of advisory and industry experience, though industry experience is not mandatory
