Job Description

Key roles and responsibilities:

Assisting large multinationals clients, private equity houses to other corporates and promoter driven businesses
Provide insight into the target to assess real-world capabilities, performance, concerns and potential
Performing analysis on data provided and arriving at conclusions / identifying issues
Developing quality deliverables within agreed timelines
Assisting with preparing client proposals and research

Qualifications:

Mandatory
- MBA in HR or general management, preferably tier I institute
- 3-5 years of post-qualification work experience
- Experience of working in compensation & benefits related advisory engagements
- Good understanding of labour laws, HR policies and processes, job evaluation
- Proficient in MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred
- Have been part of M&A advisory or have worked on M&A engagement
- Mix of advisory and industry experience, though industry experience is not mandatory
