We are looking for true all-stars with a passion for Marketing to join our best-in-class Field Marketing Operations.
Our APAC Field Marketing Operations team sits on the front lines, shepherding every aspect of field marketing operations.

Some things you will be doing:
Job Description
  • Work together with field marketing and sales strategy to set data sourcing strategy
  • Provide analysis, reporting and update
  • Ensure that data that used across the business and impacts the organization to ensure that data meets compliance requirements
  • Modelling, analyzing, prioritizing and improving processes using data-driven decisions
  • Reviewing data for completeness and accuracy, performing data quality checks, and following up with stakeholders on data issues
  • Establishing metrics, building dashboards, tracking trends, and providing insights into the performance of compliance operations and high-risk areas
  • Use their knowledge of the basic principles behind automated emails, like triggered emails and journey flows to provide recommendations on how best to maximise the use of our data
  • Optimisation of leads routing

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
  • Knowledge of the basic principles behind database segmentation, database management, and database health
  • Experience in managing third-party data relationships
  • Experience in managing data management in Sales Cloud in large, complex organisation
  • Familiarity with cloud and data management trends, and leading commercial vendors that relate to data acquisition
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and to derive workable actions
  • Ability to constructively challenge requirements and current state to increase overall value to the business
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Ability to understand and integrate cultural differences and motives and to lead virtual cross-cultural, cross-border teams
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
  • Excellent organization, written and verbal communication
  • Data focused and analytical with attention to detail and accuracy
  • High energy with the ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Google slide skills
  • DemandTools, Dataloader, Alteryx a plus
  • Tableau, SQL, SOQL, AmpScript are a plus
  • Previous experience in managing a small team is a plus
