The FC Ops Learning Manager - Learning is an active member of the on-site fulfillment center leadership team and leads the coordination and execution of hourly employee training and leadership onboarding/development activities using network developed programs.
Successful candidates will have demonstrated a true hands-on approach, an understanding of instructional design practices, a data-driven, analytical mindset and a strong knowledge of manufacturing/production/ distribution operation. In addition, effective presentation and persuasion skills are a must as this role requires the ability to influence without authority.
The FC Area Manager:
. Lead a team of associates including their deployment, development and productivity
. Act as a proactive and productive liaison/partner with internal customers and other operation teams by consistently seeking to make a positive impact on key business safety, quality, productivity and customer experience metrics
. Analyze and understand data to suggest floor related improvements,
. Drive a continuous improvement culture by coordinating and facilitating Continuous Improvement Essentials activities in partnership with operations leaders

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
.A completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or 2+ years Amazon experience.
. 5+ years of related experience
. Experience coaching and delivering messages related to performance
. Experience interpreting data analytics using advanced Excel strategies
. Experience coaching and delivering messages related to performance
. Proficiency in computer usage, email, MS Office Suite
. Evidence of ability to prioritize, manage and complete projects with tight deadlines
. Experience developing and implementing department goals and strategies based on broader organization goals
. Experience working with and delivering training/information to peers, hourly associates as well as exempt personnel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in related field
. Ability to adapt well to fast-paced, yet ambiguous, environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
. Desire to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment
. Previous Kaizen/Continuous Improvement experience
