Job Description

Help formulate a strategy to augment academic instruction with training and skilling programs for the wholesome development of students
Analyze skill gaps in current course curriculum, and design specific new sessions as per the changes in the test pattern as well as to impart the desired skills in the identified areas
Work closely with Product Management, IT, and Operations to seamlessly integrate new session into respective courses
Build a highly motivated team of competent trainers to meet the objective of the organization as well Evaluate the trains through constant feedback mechanism
