Job Purpose

To underwrite Construction Finance business and portfolio management in assigned location

Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:

Support and co-partner with business teams to manage end to end credit approval for the location.
Ensure proper documentation of fresh sanctions and Disbursement.
Monitor and oversee PDD management.
Evaluation and timely processing of tranche.
Timely completion of AQRs and continuous portfolio monitoring
Speedy resolution of customer queries
All compliances of each project to be monitored.
Ensuring nil or lower credit loss by effective management of portfolio.
Vendor management.
