  Diploma or Degreewith good communication skills
  Good understandingof work/support environment
  Good experience ininstallation and troubleshooting of desktops/laptops, printers
  Good experience oninstallation of Windows XP and MS-Office
  Knowledge ofWindows Domain, Servers, DHCP and DNS
  Installation andtroubleshooting of Antivirus software
  Good knowledge onoutlook client
  Good experience oninstallation of desktops/laptops, printers
  Asset / Inventorymanagement
  Deliverables
  All DesktopProblems ( Hardware and Software)
  MonitoringAntivirus and Systems Performance
  Troubleshooting,Diagnosing malfunctions in the operation of hardware and software.
  Maintain all theassets and update the asset database at regular intervals.
  Provide regulartechnical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals,
  Provide regulartechnical support for Operating systems, mail support and basic networksupport/troubleshooting
  Performsmiscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Manager
  TroubleshootingLAN / VPN issues for clients
  Close all assignedtickets in the ticketing system within SLA
  Follow IT policiesand procedures to execute daily work
  Provide Executivesupport to Management on a need basis
