JOB DESCRIPTION
about the role
1. LAN/WLAN management for Overseas locations through remote support
2. ITIL V3 knowledge require
3. Should have 7-10 years of hands on experience in LAN/WLAN switches/WLC/Access point management( CISCO & ARUBA)
4. Good Understanding on LAN/WAN topologies, DHCP, Firewall etc.
5. Ready to support in 24*7 support model

5. Should be fluent in communication though email/verbal
