Wells Fargo India enables global talent capabilities for Wells Fargo Bank NA., by supporting business lines and staff functions across Technology, Business Services, Risk Services and Product, Analytics and Modeling (PAM). We are operating in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai locations.
Department Overview
Capital Markets Technology portfolio consists of Technology solutions for Primary Markets /Investment Banking/GIB Municipal Products/Asset Backed Finance, various Secondary Markets Trading verticals (like Equities, Fixed Income, and Commodities etc.) and Institutional Investor Services (like Prime Brokerage, Futures Commission Merchant Services). Technology group is also organized as cross product horizontals (including Electronic Trading Services, Risk & Compliance Services, and Funding, collateral and liquidity management and Operations technology).
About the Role
You will work as part of Front office Equity Derivatives Technology team, leading a 20 plus member team of developers. You will be working on The Strategic Post-Trade and product lifecycle management system.
Responsibilities
- Lead A mid-d team of senior developers working on the Post-Trade platform.
- Manage Team to execute large and complex deliveries working in excellent collaboration with partner teams that are geographically spread across the globe.
- Develop Team maturity and engineering skills to work on innovative technology.
- Drive Customer satisfaction by cultivating awareness of each client's needs and offering products to suit their goals.
- Build Strategic architecture view, best software practices, product and platform support capabilities in the team
Essential Qualifications
- University degree in Technology or related discipline.
- Experience of more than 15 years with preferably 10+ years in Capital Markets domain. 12+ years of Core JAVA experience is necessary.
- Knowledge in equities or other front office domain.
- Very Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and at least one regional language.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of working across one or more geographic territories or regions
- Strong experience in Equity Derivatives Post-Trade processing.
