Job Description

Excellent communication skills
Good experience in RPA / Software Development Program Management
Ability to work in flexible shift hours including night shifts
Ability to interface and work with analysts and managers
Ability to work as part of a team and drive the team towards the common goal
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Experience of program co-ordination/administration
Experience in JIRA Workflow Management Tool to drive Project Management
Experience of managing small projects, or exposure to the end to end RPA project lifecycle, or managing substantial parts of the RPA project lifecycle
Experience of working within a structured RPA project management framework
Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
Advanced Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Understanding of the importance for detail and organization
Skill at managing stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy and tact with assertiveness
Very good prioritization skills to balance key priorities
A strong customer centric approach.
Strives to do the 'right thing', not just the 'easy thing'
Should be effective in unifying and creating teams of people with disparate skills
Is courageous and decisive, prioritizes effectively, maintains a clear focus and sees action through to delivery
