Responsibilities
. Supporting our new InsureTech clients:
i. Work on Duck Creek platform and build processes
ii. Tracking of Insurtech market, competitive intelligence, news updates
iii. Data analytics related to Customer Data Base, PR Data Base, Investor Data
Base, etc.
iv. Project Management Support
. Meet project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure 'high client
satisfaction'
. Conducting quality control check of the outgoing reports / packs
. Other activities include structuring deliverables / teams & developing new capabilities /
new research products
. Demonstrate strength and experience in client / requester relationship building and
management, information / knowledge needs assessment
Required Background
. Graduate or Post-Graduation with certification in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence
. Insurance product platforms like Duck Creek, Guidewire,
. Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics or related field
. Excellent written and spoken communication skills with experience in client handling
. Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word and Power
