Job Description
Key responsibilities
The Business Analyst is expected to:
-Gather and understand business requirements to translate to technical requirements.
-Perform process mapping, identify opportunities of process improvement, and create Process Definition Documents (PDDs).
-Support RPA project governance activities based on data analysis, stakeholder management and status reports.
-Drive RPA projects as the bridge between the business SMEs and developers by translating the business needs into logical process flows.
-Take implementation decisions based on feasibility of solutions and impact/risks analysis.
-Collaborate with other digital solutions teams to come up with digital products involving automation concepts to solve business problems.
-Engage stakeholders at various levels to ensure delivery pipeline is managed within reasonable timelines.
-Use data backed insights to share learnings, best practices and improvement suggestions for business based on deployed digitization solutions.
We are looking for
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of relevant work experience working as a RPA Business Analyst. Key skills for the role are:
-Proven stakeholder management skills.
-Business minded and solution oriented.
-Experience in writing Process Design Documents.
-Knowledge on data analysis, excel expertise is a must.
-Foundations on RPA concepts.
-Experienced in working cross teams and cross functional environments.
-Well versed with change management concepts.
-Working knowledge on process flows related to various analytics tools, data mining concepts and algorithm logic is desirable.
Personal Characteristics:
-Structured and disciplined approach to solutioning and problem solving is a must.
-Flexible in the tools to be used in approaching solutions.
-Attention to detail is key.
-Fluent in English both in speech and writing.
-Assertive communication and presentation skills.
