About the team
TheGDO Wealth Ops IT is a growing team in India and primarily provides Automation and IT support to FIS Wealth Solutions BPaaS Business. You will be part of the Reliance Trust IT team, which works on Development and Support for Wealth Outsourcing clients
What you bring:
- Understanding of trade life cycle and fundamentals of capital markets
- Understanding of ITIL processes
- Complex issue triage, investigation, and coordination to closure
- Experience in user support and problem solving
- Excellent written & oral communication
L1 / L2 Application & Production Support u2013 Reconciliation IT
Must Have
- Incident management skills
- Complex issue triage, investigation and coordination to closure
- Previous experience in User Support / Problem solving
- Live IT service and product support experience
- 3+ years of hands on experience of IntelliMatch or other recon applications in BFSI
- On call support, weekend working and ad-hoc overtime (Late EMEA / US shift)
- Excellent written & oral communication
Good to have
- SQL - A good understanding of how to query so that investigation can be performed.
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Knowledge of ServiceNow
- Experience of working in an Agile environment
Job Description
- First line for consultancy requests, face off with business teams on issues relating to source feeds and data integrity
- Measure, monitor and ensure all source feeds (both internal and external) are received within agreed SLA, identifying process improvements to gain synergies on an ongoing basis.
- Participation in Post Incident Reviews (PIR) with IT Manager
- Maintaining open and timely communication with relevant business and IT teams
- Monitoring reject queues
- Monitor out of proof volume to ensure data integrity
- Investigate and resolve feeds which are missing or incomplete
- Daily functional user queries
- Account static maintenance
- Matching criteria maintenance and testing
- Responsible for performing account static maintenance (opening and closing)
- Creation and maintenance of department code, including ownership
- Creation and maintenance of coding rules
- Look up table & Group filter maintenance
- Securities merging & Linking Requests
Facilitate Business Ops on dissolution of historical matches where needed
