Job Title:
Project Manager
Scope of Role:
Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages customer project delivery
- Revenue
- Large/ moderately complex/ local or sub- region
- Medium/ high risk
- Manages project financials including P&L
- Meets or exceeds approved budgets
- Provides reliable financial forecasts to the management
- Manages business development and stakeholder relationship
- Identifies and develops new opportunities on current project
- Supports qualification and opportunity assessment for large and moderately complex opportunities
- Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients.
- Manages internal as well as external resources with a moderate to large team
- Mentors and encourages skill development of project team members.
- Provides performance review input and indication of area of development for team members
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of project
- Experience in identifying risk, risk management, stakeholders management
- Reporting the program / project status to internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control & closure of IT Ifra / Multi City project.
Skills:
- Project management and planning
- Experience in ICT implementation Project
- Project budgeting and expense monitoring
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizing skills including attention to detail and multitasking
Experience
- 7 to 10 years of experience in managing large scale projects as Project Manager
Education:
- M.Tech or B.Tech / B.E. Preferably Electronics & Communication/ Computer Science
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified mandatory
