Job Title
ServiceNow SAM Operations Resource (4-5 Years)
Must Have Experience
.Experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro, ITAM and CMDB
.Good Understanding of Asset Management functions
.Practical experience of creating custom classes, relationships and product models
.In depth knowledge of data import, third party integrations and IRE (Identification and Reconciliation Engine)
.Work heavily within the Software Asset Management module within ServiceNow to handle Service Requests, validate requests, check for available licenses, follow up with teams who are not responding, providing status to end users, entering license entitlement as purchases are made, and allocated licenses and license keys where appropriate.
.Experienced in creating various reports and dashboards using ServiceNow and third party data source
Good to have Experience
.Experienced in implementation on ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt and Orchestration use cases.
.Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub
.Experience in working on Performance Analytics
.Design and modification of ServiceNow Service Portal.
.Review existing set up and provide best practice recommendations in line with the OEM
.Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.
.Experience in the requisition, purchase order, contract management and invoice processes
Academic and Professional Experience
Professional
.4-5 years of experience with ServiceNow required
.4-5 years of experience with IT Industry required
.Minimum of 3 years ITAM experience with a blend of both hardware and software asset management dynamic environment
Academics
.Certification as ServiceNow System certified administration
.ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Software Asset Management Professional
.ITIL Foundations certification is preferred.
.Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
