Requirement
Infrastructure Projects
Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day school's infra related activities by reviewing the daily reports
To ensure effective management of School Infrastructure & Facilities in all the Schools
To ensure School Safety & Security in all the Schools
To ensure statutory adherence in all the Schools
To ensure quality & timely completion of additional & Repair works
To scout lands/ pre-assessment/ compatibility study/ completion the construction of newly proposed Schools within timelines
Assessments and review through checklist and SOP track sheets
Proactive management of works
Swachh Schools, TN Educational Acts, Rules, Regulations, manuals understanding & adherence of the same
Ensuring timely preparation & submission of fresh/renewal documents in all Schools
Ensuring Timely intimation & follow up with vendors for effective periodic & preventive maintenance in all Schools.
Budget vs actuals and adherence to SOPs on payments

Handling new projects of setting up a new schools

Civil Engineering with 10+ years of experience in managing Schools/educational institutes Infrastructure & Facilities, Safety & Security, statutory adherence and Standard operation procedures etc.
