Market Job Description
About the role
The candidate will work closely with the India & Philippines (I&P) Communications Leader to create and deliver communication strategies for key pan I&P initiatives and programs. This would include working with senior stakeholders to understand objectives, designing and delivering the communications plan, and measuring efficacy of the comms programs. This is an IC role and would require the individual to build connects across the organization and to constantly keep cultural nuances and sensitivities in mind. Examples of the initiatives to be supported include the I&P flagship event - Confluence, Glide, Return to Office, COVID-19/pandemic communications, monthly executive business review decks.
With a deep focus on internal communications, the candidate will also evaluate the need to run specific communication programs across I&P, to help support the goals of the organization or to address a specific or immediate requirement. On a periodic basis, the individual will need to evaluate the performance of internal comms channels and make recommendations as needed.
The individual would also provide internal comms support for important initiatives related to SIS across I&P.

  • Ability to work largely independently with minimum supervision
  • Thorough understanding of financial services, technology, and operations
  • Proven experience in creating communications that can address a disparate audience (age, culture and gender)
  • Track record of using data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of communications outreach
  • Excellent communication and creative writing skills and ability to translate complex financial, business, and technology concepts into business/technology stories
  • High attention to detail
  • High levels of responsiveness to evolving situations and ability to react in real time
    Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in core corporate communications with a global company, with significant focus on internal communications, and building influence
    Educational qualifications
    Master's degree in Communications or a related discipline
