Hiring Graduate Fresher in a Renowed client company @ Kolkata
Client Details:
Our Client is an Indian multinational company that provides technology and business process outsourcing service.
Job Title: International Voice
Work Location: Kolkata
As of now work from home, as per situation it will be work from office
System and Internet connection will be provided by Company
Graduate Fresher can Apply.
Experience with AR denial management/ Healthcare Voice Process candidate can apply for this Job
Shift: US Shift
Job Description:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails.
Management and resolve customer complaints.
Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system.
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
Provide product and service information to customers
Week Off: 2 days rotational week off. 5 Days working

Requirements
Qualification: Graduate Only. No Undergraduate
Candidate should have,
1.Good Communication skills
2.Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
3.Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
4.Flexible to work in shifts.
5.Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills
6.Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
7.Good technical knowledge
