Job title : IT Service Desk/ System Administrator
- Identify and diagnose issues and problems.
- Categorize and record reported queries and provide solutions.
- Support problem identification.
- Advise users on appropriate course of action.
- Monitor issues from start to resolution.
- Escalate, if needed, unresolved problems to a higher level of support .

Hiring from Pan India but candidate need to relocate either in one of the location as per client

Requirements
Candidate should have,
1. Good Communication skills
2. Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
3. Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
4. Flexible to work in shifts.
5. Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills
6. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
7. Good technical knowledge
Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate
Except Diploma BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MBA/MCA/Msc
Shift: Rotational shift
Week Off: 2 days(Rotational)
