Looking for Freshers and Experienced Candidates in a Renowned BPO Client @Kolkata !!
Designation: Process Executive
Job Role:

Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
E-Commerce Blended Process
Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally
Rotational Shift

Requirements

Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Good technical knowledge
Flexible to work in shifts
Must have Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate
Freshers and Experienced both are eligible
Rotational Shift/ Flexible to work in Night shifts

Benefits

Drop is available only during odd hours provided the candidate is within the transport boundary
