Legal Counsel
Your role in a nutshell:
In this roleyou will support Vodafone Procurement Company(VPC - based in Luxembourg) withall legal matters of relevance for procurement activitiesand work on a day-to-day basis with commercial Category Managers negotiating procurement agreements and on the interaction with the Corporate and Commercial Legal Team including reviewing, drafting and negotiating of group-wide contracts, local legal and intra-group procurement matters (the 'Responsible Areas').

- Manage and provide accurate, expert, effective and timely legal advicein relation to all matters arising in the Responsible Areas taking into account the commercial environment (including advising on bids, reviewing, drafting, structuring and negotiating supply and other contracts)
- Co-ordinate with colleagues in Group and Local Market Legal departments toensure that all relevant legal issues are identified and appropriate support is provided
- Work with Intellectual Property Rights, Data Protection, Tax, Finance, Operations, Regulatory and other VPC, Enterprise, Group and Local Market functions to assist in all matters related to Responsible Areas
- Develop relevant contract templatesand training materials as required for the Responsible Areas
What you will bring to the team:
- At least 3-5 years of experiencegained in a legal position
- UniversityDegree in Law
- Fluent written and spokenEnglish skills
- Good knowledge of commercial or other relevant lawand awareness of legal developments that may affect the Vodafone business
- Experience inreviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in English
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Nice-to-have:
- Bar qualification
- Knowledge about the telecommunications industry or about the field of technology
- Experience in working in an international business as part of a multi-cultural and/or cross-border team
- Studies or work experience abroad
