Job Description:
Candidate must be BE/Diploma in Mining:
JD: To discharge the responsibilities of AM under regulation 45 of MMR 1961 to ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the mines act 1952 and the regulations and orders made thereunder to ensure health ,safety and welfare of the employees employed in mines operation.
Goals /KRA's :
1. Zero incident in area of control & to ensure 100% safety compliance of mining safety standard.
2.To ensure optimum utilization of manpower and HEMM to meet desired and quality and quantity of limestone production.
3. To ensure 100% legal compliance as per mines act 1952 in the area of operation.
4.To improve overall productivity to reduce the overall cost of HEMM operation.
5. To implement & sustain ABG in area of control
