We are looking for an expert professional in Digital / Performance Marketing as AM / Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, campaigns & build organisation brand awareness both B2B and B2C brands - Waahjobs (candidate & employers), OLX people (Clients & Partners), Waahstaff (SAAS Product). The holder for this role will be devising strategies to drive online traffic through multiple channels.
What you would be doing daily!Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities- Planning and executing overall digital marketing strategy with respect to the company's short, medium and long term business goals with focus on performance.
- Planning and executing multiple performance/lead generation/ other digital campaigns across both B2B and B2C brands - Waahjobs (candidate & employers), OLX people (clients & Partners), Waahstaff (SAAS Product).
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic - including web/mobile app, SEM, social media, content, email/SMS marketing and display advertising.
- Own objectives and KPI metrics of performance marketing.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid marketing campaigns, which include channels: Google Search, GDN, Mobile App, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, GDN, Native, and other ad networks
- Responsible for executing and managing keyword research and content gap analyses and presenting findings on paid marketing campaigns to stakeholders
- Allocate budgets, track conversion rates and constantly optimize performance marketing activities to improve ROAS and CPAs. Measuring and Reporting campaign performance.
- Evaluating new opportunities with new tools and technologies - Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Working with teams like analytics, tech and product, operations as required to build and manage marketing tasks. Deep understanding of mobile app promotions and measurements.
- Comfort with both marketing funnel analysis as well as writing creatives and ad copies
- Own metrics across the marketing funnel, identify levers to move them.
Key Skills Requirements & Proficiencies- Experience: 4-7 years of hands on experience in performance marketing including.
- Planning, implementing and reporting performance campaigns
- Keyword research and analysis, Media Planning & Budget optimization
- Strong analytical background with a data-driven approach
- Deep experience in the hands-on running of multiple paid marketing campaigns across channels including but not limited to Google, bing, FB, LinkedIn, Native, Mobile App Ad networks, Display GDN, Youtube,
- Strong familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, GTM, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, SEMRush, Appsflyer/Branch/Adjust, Firebase, Playconsole, Google Tag manager.
- Knowledge of retargeting /re-engagement tools - Clevertap/ Moengage/ webengage.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Strong experience in mobile app ad platforms.
- Deep Understanding of digital/online attribution/measurement to plan and implement custom analytics. Understanding of SQL is a plus.
- Proficiency in Spoken and Written English, Punctual and Meticulous.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing from a reputed college/university or equivalent or related field.
