Position Description:
SAP SD consultant with experience in E2E implementation, rollout and support.
SAP IS Retail experience is preferred.
exposure in SAP R/3 - 6.0 FICO in Implementations, Rollouts, upgrade, HAHA migration and support projects.Solid understanding of implementation methodologies (ASAP) with project experience in Project preparation, Business Blueprint, Realization, Testing, Go-live and Support.Analysis of existing systems and procedures, preparing business continuity plans and facilitate effective decision-making.Area of experience includes designing, configuration, Business process for SAP SD module by understanding and gathering Business rules, Business requirements and end user requirements.Preparation of the Business processes procedures, flow charts.Preparation of the Show and tell sessions to make understand the client of SAP processes and flows that are existing in their business processes.Documenting of the Business Blue Prints and Configuration documents in SAP SDPreparation of the UAT - Test scripts and documentationUnit testing and System Integration testing can be handled alone.Preparation of Functional Specs according to the Business requirement.Preparation of Functional Specs according to the Business requirement.
Possess excellent client handling skills, communication skills and creative problem solving skills. Able to handle the project alone as well in team.Good in resolving all kinds of Issues as a Support Consultant without breaching the SLA's and Handling User related issues and guide the users for not repeating the same as a part of Support. A keen analyst with exceptional interpersonal skills and strong relationship management, people management.Good in team building, team management, delegation of work to the team members, problem-solving and organizational abilities.Demonstrating personal responsibility for career management, learning and development.
