Role : Presales Consultant [Multiple Locations- Offshore] . Career Stream: Presales and Sales Support . Career Sub Stream: Process & Domain Consulting . Job Level: Entry level, Mid- level, Senior level . Years of Exp.: 2-14 Yrs. . Product Knowledge (Desirable): Microsoft Dynamics 365 - CRM, ERP & Microsoft PowerPlatform . Primary Responsibilities: o Bid management . Lead and own Bids/RFPs/RFIs, deal pricing & analysis . Identify win themes for the complex deals . Prepare pursuit plan, solution response and manage overall status of the opportunity . Interact with internal and external stakeholders till the closure of the deal . Draft pursuit summary, heads-up notes to Leadership teams . Pipeline management, reporting & analysis o Market research . Secondary research for industry, client specific, product competition, partner, competition strategy . Prepare analyst research report synopsis . Collate product specific insights and share it with Practice Community . Assist key contributions to GTM support and New Service offerings research initiatives o Client interaction . Lead and manage client visits . Lead and participate in proposal orals, solution demos, discussions with customers - remote (or) in-person . Flexibility to travel at short notice for client discussions o Content creation . Create reusable content for response effectiveness and efficiency . Create case studies, win-wires, POVs, solution POCs, Sales Play, Battle card . Author whitepapers, blogs and webinar content . Industry Thought Leadership
Additional Responsibilities:
Role expectations o Extensive Presales or Sales Support experience working with Fortune 2000 organizations o Implementation/support experience on cloud platform and D365/Power Platform solutions would be advantage o Ability to understand customer's industry and core business processes o Engage and liaise with Practice Sales, CSG, COE's, Delivery and Business Finance Team(s) etc to help produce deliverables according to the clients expectations o Good understanding on Commercial Models - FP, T&M and WHT parameters o Proficient in PPT, Word, and Excel o Own and drive Practice specific calls with Delivery and Sales on a periodic basis to achieve better efficiency o Ability to work within a fast-paced and challenging environment o Self-motivated individual with a solution orientated mindset with excellent research skills, analytical skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills, communication skills and client interfacing skills
