Description
A large Indian Bank has engaged Luxoft for providing Murex Environment & Configuration Management services.
We are looking to onboard consultants who should be able to cover Murex Test Environment Management & Configuration Management.
Luxoft team will be working on managing UAT/SIT Environments, along with Bank's internal team.
Responsibilities

. Perform regular system/Environment health checks
. Investigate and classify SIT/UAT issue, segregating Env related issues from Application issues
. Perform Root cause analysis of issues promptly, and provide recommendations for permanent fix
. Build New Murex Environments
. Setting up new environment & carrying out Environment refreshes as per project Needs
. Support Deployment of Murex configuration items across various Environments
. Support on resolving Environment issues during execution of Test EOD batches for different project milestones

Skills
Must have

. At least 3 + years IT experience on Murex 3.1 Configuration and Environment Management .
. Candidate should have worked in resolving application/environment related issues
. Good Knowledge of Unix- Shell Scripting & Oracle DB
. Strong knowledge and hands on with Murex server architecture : Launcher configurations/Services/Load Balancing
. Possess good knowledge of server infrastructure and Databases (Oracle)
. Relevant experience on the various middleware and connectivity setup for particularly on MQ, CD, SFTP (experience in setting up connectivity with markitwire, Omgeo, Bpipe, BSMT etc)
. Working experience on Linux/Unix and server load balancing.
. Good communication skills and can engage with all levels of stakeholders (project, users, internal) independently
. Strong and highly motivated in performing Root Cause Analysis

Basic functional knowledge on Financial Market products
