Job descriptionRoles and Responsibilities:
Large scale Automobile Plant - Passenger Car Production 'All Shop Floor Electrical Maintenance with 25 Years Experience required in Executive Category (i.e., B.E or B.Tech Full Time, not part time)'
General Utility Maintenance - Not Required & Will not be considered for the post.
Required only Subject Matter Expertise in Electrical field of Special Purpose Unique Machine - SPM, Conveyors, Drives etc.
Should have Hands-On troubleshooting knowledge & skills in Electrical field of SPM (Special Purpose Machines), Conveyors, Drives etc.
Should work with all individual Shop Floor Maintenance teams for following 13 job responsibilities,
Repeated Problem analysis & Action plan for elimination
Knowledge in ERP system usage (SAP)
Knowledge in monitoring MTTR & MTBF at broad level
Carrying out physical & visual inspection on bottleneck machines to predict & prevent electrical related failures.
Analyze existing Breakdown Countermeasure effectiveness & prepare why why analysis & implement permanent countermeasure.
Creating Rapid recovery procedure for bottleneck machine in electrical aspects.
Troubleshooting guide preparation for handy use by quick reference technically.
Horizontal deployment of effective countermeasure & improvements across all shop floors of factory.
Centralized storage of PLC & NC (Numerical Control) programming & related support software backup management
Government Power Supply to Factory / Shop Floor - Power Fluctuation analysis & Predict vulnerable machines at Shop Floor for VSP (Voltage Sag Protector) installation.
Gap analysis on existing maintenance practice in comparison with advanced maintenance techniques with special tools to optimize overall equipment maintenance management.
Predict & Forecast maintenance management.
Knowledge in PLC (SIEMENS, AB, MELSEC), NC (Numerical Control), Drives, Induction motors, Servo motors, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Robots etc.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Should be preferably from 'Automobile Company or Related part OEM Company or Auto Ancillary Company - Shop Floor Electrical Maintenance with 02 Years Experience required in Executive Category (i.e., B.E or B.Tech Full Time, not part time)'
Required Full Time B.E/B.Tech related graduates, not part time. Only Diploma alone completed candidates are not qualified for the post (Please refrain from this job post)
