Roles and Responsibilities
1.Breakdown maintenance
- Organise to attend to breakdown calls
- Monitor complaint resolution in time
- Maintain record of breakdowns
- Maintain manuals and back up of all software machine (PLC, Servo, HMI in centralized folder
- Supervising engineering and technical staff
IN ORDER TO attend to breakdown and ensure maximum uptime of machines
2.Preventive & predictive Maintenance
-Execute and Supervise Preventive & Predictive Electrical / Electronics Maintenance of Plant Machinery, utility equipment's ( Transformers, Generators)
Plan for obsolete items and take contingency action
IN ORDER TO maximise machine up time.
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
3.Spare Part Management- Electronics, Electrical
- Turn around time to get the spare and proper stocking of spares in stores
- Maintain spare parts in good condition and check for its usability before its required
-Technical support in new equipment machine and spares procurement
- Localization of spares
IN ORDER TO avoid stoppage of Electronics/ Electrical machinery
4.Maintenance records and knowledge management
In order to keep track of machinery likely to deteriorate in near future
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma in Electrical with 0 to 2 years of experience in automobile sector, Knowledge of PLC is must,.
