Manage the Compensation and Benefits portfolio for India location Partner with various functions and HRBPs to understand their requirements, provide insights and support their HR Specific projects Liaison with external agencies for market data collection and salary benchmarking Carry out job analysis and job mapping in order to create job levelling matrix Create and maintain salary ranges to ensure competitiveness with market Create and maintain employee friendly & legally compliant compensation structure Own, communicate and manage end-to-end Raise process independently Design and implement performance linked incentive programs Create and manage LTIs / STIs and other relevant schemes as per business requirement Periodically review existing practices and recommend changes for improvements Analyze data, perform compensation modelling and what if analysis Prepare articulate presentations for HR & India leadership Define and follow optimal processes for data management Benefits
Manage and promote employee assistance program Manage and promote wellness activities in the organization Rewards and Recognition
Manage incentive programs Manage the recognition processes as per the organizations philosophy General

Deep understanding of compensation practices Knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis methods Knowledge of establishing job roles, job architecture Expert knowledge of performance management methodologies Expert knowledge of pay for performance methodologies Knowledge of statutory and regulatory guidelines and its alignment to compensation structures. Experience in designing and implementing employee well-being programs. Ability to analyze complex data and make recommendations in an articulate manner Excellent knowledge of MS Office with especially strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to independently interact with Senior Leadership & stakeholders. Highly organized and process oriented Self-starter who can work independently with high level guidance and direction Work Experience:
Minimum 12 years overall experience with at least 3 years continuous experience as C&B Manager in MNCs. Prior experience in managing end-to-end Performance Management Process for a mid-d organization. Education and/or Experience:
MBA / Masters degree with specialization in HR from a reputed institute Certification in C&B would be preferred but not mandatory
