We have urgent opening for the job profile of Sr IT Recruiter/Team lead role.
Mandatory Requirement:
Candidate should have own laptop.
Must have experience in Team Handling.
Must have experience in Client co-ordination.
Job Responsibilities:-
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
sourcing Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting.
Sourcing resumes through Job Portals, Head Hunting, LinkedIn, Referencing, Personal Networking, etc.
Work is to help a business meet sales and revenue goals.
Client Handling.
Team Handling.
Responsible for End to end Recruitment for multiple business units.
Short listing, scheduling interviews, salary negotiations and final closure.
Implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits company's mission to deliver the highest quality results. Im looking for professionals who are experienced with HR Recruiter.
Handle a Recruitment Team
Handle Client and Candidate till joining.
Meeting staffing requirement of employer/Companies.
Sourcing candidates and screening profiles as per clients acceptability.
Co-ordination between prospective and the client.
Candidate should be comfortable Working from home .
