Job Description

Manage team of analysts who are involved in CAM preparation and system data entry
Ensure productivity and quality of output from Analysts
Training and supervision of CPC Analysts for CAM Preparation, Financial, credit and product data understanding
Work with Business and Credit teams to identify and plug process gaps in the CAM process
Work with IT on technology requirements to create a superior experience for all stakeholders
Supervise on CAM outputs created by Analyst team from credit perspective in terms of completion, quality and accuracy.

Understanding of credit requirements for underwriting of SME and Commercial loan transactions
Qualification MBA/PGDBA/PGPM/ CA or Equivalent
