Job Role : Sr. Manager- Finance & Accounts

Job Location: Bangalore

Desired Qualification:

(a) University degree preferably in Accounting from any Reputed University.

(b) Qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or
MBA in Finance from one of the best and top ranking Business Schools in India.

Experience:

(a) At least 10 years of Accounting and Financial Experience with reputed organisations and exposure in an MNC will be an added advantage.

(b) Superior Accounting Skills, leadership qualities, employee management skills, understanding data privacy standards, solid communication skills both oral and written, public speaking skills, superior attention to detail, organisational and planning skills, research and analytical skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills, computer skills, multi-tasking abilities with highest standard of honesty and integrity.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and control day to day financial operations of the Company.
Track the Companys financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
Seek out methods for minimising financial risk to the Company
Analyse financial reports
Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long term and short term decision making.
Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives and clients in formal meetings.
Stay up to date with technological advances and account software to be used for financial purposes.
Establishment and maintain financial policies and procedures for the Company.
