Project Manager and Project Leads : Candidate should have a strong software development skillset with the ability of decision-making capable to drive the project independently and appropriate development cycle process skillset to deliver projects on timeExperience: Minimum 6 to 15 years of Java experience with the ability to manage 12-to-18-member team
No. of position required: 5 Nos.
Roles and responsibility and skills Required: An Independent driver to manage the project in all phases to deliver the project on time with customer satisfaction
Analyze the project risk, planning the project activities and ability to meet project deadlines
Organize, build and motivate the effective project team
Ensure customer satisfaction and monitor project progress
Should have a clear vision and high hopes of producing the desired result
Managing reports and necessary documentation
Focas on code optimization, quality and maintainability
Excellent verbal communication skills with the logic ability and problem-solving capability
Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
Understanding the multiple delivery platforms such as Mobile vs Desktop and optimizing output to match the specific platform
Understanding of various db schema that represent and support business processes
Knowledge of Node, JS framework, API and their implementation
