Lead Engineer- DevOps/SRE
You will help us build a meaningful engineering discipline that combines software and systems. Responsibilities:
Drive key teams and development oncritical strategic initiatives in the Cloud & Compute space.
Implement CI/CD pipeline for applications and take care of Devops functon for a team
You'll be hands on withtools:Git Github, Jenkins, Docker,Kubernetes
Contribute to a product or software, in order to automate manual operational work
You will engage withlocal and global teams to help mature our practices and to leverage principlesrooted in continuous integration and delivery.
Identify, recommend, anddrive emerging technologies within DevOps / Open Source community
Qualifications andExperience
BE/B.Tech in Computer science Engineering or equivalent
9-12years total work experience
Experience with DevOpspractices andCI/CDpipeline
Experience with coding languages to drive system integration and automation
Proficient in at least one software language (e.g. Python, Java, Go, etc.).
Experience withprovisioning and automation platforms and languages such as Ansible and Chef
Experience with Agile software development practices
Practical knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including logging, monitoring, alerting, and security
Hands-on experience with cloud deployment, monitoring, and ops analysis tools such as Docker,Kubernetes, Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, DynaTraceetc
Has in-depth knowledge of state-of-the artengineering technical approaches in design, build, testing, debugging problemsas required by domain
Maintains technical knowledge within areas ofexpertise
Stays current with new and evolving technologiesvia formal training and self-directed education
