Candidate should have experience in the international voice process. (SD)
Very good or excellent communication skills.
Strong L2 resource (technically)
Candidate should be available and interested in the opportunity.
We will initiate versant link on same day once profiles shared.
Support Type: IT Services Desk - Technical Support Voice Process ( Good Communication and only from IT support ).
Location : Noida
Basic Prerequisite:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Flexibility to work in night & rotational shifts.
Any Undergraduate/Graduate/ Diploma/Post Graduate
Technical Knowledge Essential for aspirants apply for Global Services Desk:
Knowledge about different Operating Systems (Windows 8 & 10)
Knowledge on outlook, Printers & scanner - installation, configuration, performance, and usage
Knowledge about the Internet connectivity issues, WI-FI issues, VPN Networks
Laptop/Desktop issues like Blue Screens, Beep Sounds, OS errors and how to troubleshoot them
Differences between Internet and Intranet, their usage
Knowledge on various browsers - how to set them as default, what to be done in case the browser is corrupted etc.
