Job description-Your KRA includes below mentioned points:
We are looking for a User Interface Designer
and will be creating visually engaging, innovative UI Designs and is able to bring the vision
and concepts to life along with good sketching skills.
As our UI Designer and Illustration Artist, your responsibilities will include areas of design
such as typography, iconography, illustrations, color-space-alignment concepts and
textures. You will use your knowledge, expertise, and skills in all these fields to help our
users successfully navigate and be comfortable with our products.
Responsibilities:
1. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to
effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
2. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex
design roadblocks.
3. Creating branding materials time to time such as posters, pamphlets, graphics for
social media etc.
4. Creating a drawing that expresses an idea or concept, candidate should be able to
create 2d flat modern style vector characters and backgrounds for educational video.
5. Producing clean, crisp, eye-appealing designs, taking concepts, and turning it into a
graphics.
6. Colour concepts, design methodologies.
7. Creating user centric design philosophy.
8. Able to understand design briefs and translate them into high quality creatives.
9. Illustration, logos, and other design elements.
10. Designing marketing collateral including but not limited to digital banners,
brochures, print ads etc.
11. Candidate must have free hand drawing skills and expertise in creating illustrations
of different styles like the cartoon, realistic, semi-realistic characters, and
backgrounds for Animation videos.
12. Becoming a sketch artist requires a lot of creativity, skill, and imagination. And, for
those with a passion for capturing expression and emotion, it can be extremely
worthwhile.
1. 1-5 years of experience in creating and implementing UI design.
2. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple project tasks efficiently.
3. Excellent UI design portfolio.
4. Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and
site maps.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Good time-management skills.
6. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, Team player.
7. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
8. Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
9. Must be very good at drawing, digital and manual.
10. Attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics.
11. Ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS and comparable languages.

15. Able to create digital illustration in drawing tablet, must be strong in semi realistic
art.
Skills required:
You must be well versed with below mentioned Adobe tools:
1. Adobe XD
2. Adobe Photoshop
3. Adobe Illustrator
4. Adobe InDesign
