US IT Recruiter
Salary:- 2.0LPA+ Shift allowances
Work timing:- Night shift from 6:30 PM to 4:00 AM IST

Job Location : Bangalore and Remote Until Covid
Required Appropriate level of:
- Functional & Technical knowledge.
- Knowledge of the US Visas & Good communication skill in English.
- Experience with W2, 1099, C2C, C2H, Temp and Permanent Staffing with DirectClients
- Experience in End-To-End solution for IT Recruitment (Entry/Middle/Senior level positions)
- Sharp observation in assessing the JD to establish best understanding of the Clients needs.
- Screening, filtering & shortlisting resumes accordingly
- Sourcing Skills to find Relevant and Quality candidates from the Database, Job Portals, Job Boards, Job Posting, Mass Mailing, Internet Searches, References etc. within the stipulated time.
- Initial screening skills over the Telephone, Video Call etc., to establish much needed Legitimacy of a Candidature, as a must perform task before submitting them to the clients.
- Briefing the candidates about the job profile, salary package, organization, etc...
- Salary/Rate Negotiation Skills to Earn a Win Win situation for Candidates, Vendors etc.
