  • Position: Administration Executive
  • Location: Mahalaxmi (walking distance from station)
  • Salary: Rs 3 to 4 lakhs pa all inclusive
  • Work conditions: 2nd and 4th Saturdays off and all Sundays
  • Position reports to: Director

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Female graduate, with experience in Office / General Administration / Secretarial functions in any small to medium sized co.
  • Preferably resident of South or Central Mumbai or western suburbs
  • Experience of at least 7 years in general / office administration 
  • Proficiency in MS Office essential;
  • Ideal age profile 32 to 40 years
  • Good communication in English, Hindi, Marathi


RESPONSIBILITIES
:

  • Receiving telephone calls and forwarding it to concerned persons & keeping a proper track of calls received.
  • Managing stationery, office materials, housekeeping and facility management (including maintenance of premises and office equipment)
  • Ensure payments for all utilities (mobiles, telephone lines, electricity etc), society dues, membership fees, etc
  • Assist in getting reports from sales teams, production, logistics, accounts depts and generate reports for the Director
  • Update MD meeting records and further follow up.
  • Coordinate with travel agencies, hotels, car booking services etc when necessary
  • All other routine works, which are necessary to keep the office running smoothly
  • Essentially report to and support the Director in efficient management of the office
