Job Description

Role:

Responsible for training "SM" and Agents in Agency Sales Channel
Train Agents for IC33 exam and get max-pass percent
To guide and train SM, Agents using the given training modules.
Motivating and tracking New SM's.
Coordinate with Branch Managers and providing regular refresher training
Should enable maximum number of SM's, Agents to qualify for the contest and recognition.

Desired Profile:

Self driven and ambitious with exceptional proven track record.
Experience in Life Insurance Training experience mandatory
Good communication, presentation and leadership skills.
Min 2 years experience in Training
